In this 6-hour workshop, a selection of classic pranayama techniques will be taught with the aim that these can then be practiced independently as a meditative breathing exercise sequence. The energetic and neurobiological effects of the breathing exercises will also be discussed.  <\/p>\n<p>The workshop also includes asana practice.<\/p>\n<p>Next date: Early summer 26 in Berlin Kreuzberg.
