Asana anatomy

This 6-hour workshop teaches an understanding of the precise anatomical relationships and the direct effects of the harmonious alignment of some central asanas. Functional anatomy becomes a precise practice with depth.

In addition to exercise sessions and illustrative theory, the workshop also includes a yoga lesson.
