Pranayama Intensive

In the original Hatha Yoga, breathing techniques (pranayama) with longer holding phases play a central role. In this 6-hour workshop, a selection of classic pranayama techniques will be taught with the aim that these can then be practiced independently as a meditative breathing exercise sequence. The energetic and neurobiological effects of the breathing exercises will also be discussed.

The workshop also includes asana practice.
